Penny Pants Pattern - Toddler Sizing

The Penny Pants are a cool kid barrel leg pant with a relaxed fit and a high rise waist.  
They feature darts that hit just below the knee and back legs, in-seam pockets, comfortable ease in the legs, and a hem that is *just* kissing the ankle bone.  The main focus when designing these pants were to make them easy for toddlers to pull them up and down independently. 

This pattern was drafted for a base size of 2T. Sizing is 12-18M up to 5T, with consideration to little ones still in diapers.
The Penny Pants are intended to be made with light to midweight woven fabrics. 

This pattern is suitable for a confident beginner sewist and beyond, covering techniques such as darts, triangle tacks, topstitching, and pulling elastic through a channel.
