Wren Trousers Pattern

The Wren Trousers are a wide leg, elastic waist pant with a high rise waist and a breezy vibe. They feature back pockets, and an optional ruffle hem (hello, cute!). They make for the perfect pairing for the Lucy Blouse, or an elevated pajama pant for holidays or a special occasion. 

This is a digital download purchase and does not include a physical paper pattern. The digital download include instructions, A4/Print At Home, A0/Copyshop, and Projector files.

This pattern was drafted for a base size of 2T. Sizing is 12-18M up to 12Y, with consideration to little ones still in diapers. See body and garment measurements below for details.

Wren Trousers Fabric Requirements

Fabric consumption is based on 44 inch/110 cm width fabric, so anything with more width may require less, especially if you’re scrappy. Patchwork, using two different fabrics per leg, or cutting perpendicular to the grain (gasp!) are all ways to conserve fabric.

Elastic measurements include 1cm or 3/8 inch of overlap. All bodies are different, so these elastic measurements are not necessarily precise. It is advised to measure your child in order to get the most accurately fitting measurement.
